Break

Yes, mid-term break. Ohhhh, what a relief it is! Well, almost. I still have an essay due for English on my first day back from break. Still....I plan to enjoy some of this time I have - at least a little this weekend. You know, you never really appreciate what you have until it's gone. I wasted alot of time before I went back to school and complained about my schedule being busy. Now I know what busy is. Working full time and school half time realllly filled my schedule. It probably wouldn't be so bad but for the fact it's been over 20 years since I last went to college, so I press hard to do well and bring my GPA up. Now I intend to enjoy my free time more - really appreciate it and praise God for it. Then it's back to the books. My sched. is planned all the way through till fall term.

I thank God for His leading me back to my childhood dream. Last year, the LORD showed me that in my heart I thought that since I was 40, that my life was over and I was pretty much waiting it out till I see the LORD, either when He comes or when I die. He told me I was very much wrong and still have a lot of living yet to do. This is a new beginning for me, a kind of resurrection from the dead. I've alot of living for the Lord to do. Praise Almighty GOD the GOD of new beginnings. HURRAH!

Praise God! I'm sooooo happy that God has shown you his purposes in your life. Indeed, you've got a lotta livin' to do and it's gonna be good! When fear and doubt surround you all about and the enemies camp is near, remember that greater is he who lives in you than he that's in the world. No enemy can stand when His praise goes forth! Praise the Lord!!!

How inspiring! yes, praise God. He has such good things for us and he never gives up on us, even when we give up on ourselves.
